We have experience with state and federal environmental laws and regulations, including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), wetlands issues under 404(b), and regulations related to underground storage tanks (USTs).
We advocate for our clients before state and federal agencies such as the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Clean Water Commission, Air Conservation Commission, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Our attorneys have unique insight into Missouri environmental law and policy from their service in the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and as Trustee to the Missouri Petroleum Storage Tank Insurance Fund (PSTIF).
