Blitz, Bardgett & Deutsch litigation attorney Jason Turk was elected to a two-year term on the Truman State University National Alumni Board of Directors and will take office on July 1, 2012.
Jason currently serves as President of St. Louis Area Alumni Chapter, a position he has held since 2010. He serves on the steering committee for the St. Louis Alumni Golf Tournament, which has raised several thousand dollars for the University’s endowed scholarship fund. Last year the St. Louis chapter awarded $3,000 in scholarships to incoming freshmen from the St. Louis area.
The 2012 tournament takes place on June 23, 2012. Jason graduated from Truman with a BA in 2002 before attending the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
