BB&D attorneys Robert D. Blitz and Jason K. Turk obtained an order from the federal court in St. Louis confirming their client’s arbitration award of more than $1.3 million. The court confirmed the award despite opposition from the opposing party, which filed objections and a motion to modify the award. The court quickly overruled all objections and granted all relief sought by our client only seven weeks after we filed for confirmation. Our client will now be able to seek collection of the significant award nationwide with an order from the federal court.
