Jason Turk represents corporate entities and individuals in a diverse mix of challenging civil litigation matters.

Litigation is Jason’s passion. He particularly enjoys teaming with fellow firm litigators while working on all phases of complex litigation and dispute resolutions in a wide spectrum of civil litigation. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes concerning: Real Estate – Finance – Construction Law – Business Ownership – Commercial Landlord/Tenant – Employment – Securities – Class Action, Civil Rights and Personal Injury.

His expertise concerning matters of Compliance with industry regulations and litigation strategy has made him a sought-after advisor with clients and fellow litigators.

Jason practices in federal and state court and has appeared before the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court, briefing and participating in complex appellate work.

Prior to joining Blitz, Bardgett and Deutsch in June 2007, Jason served as clerk at the Eastern District of the Missouri Court of Appeals.

Remaining close to his college undergraduate alma mater, Jason volunteered as Truman State University Alumni Association local chapter president from 2010-2016 and served on their national Alumni Association Board of Directors from 2012-2018.

Jason has a patient wife and two young kids, who he can’t help but spoil at Cardinals baseball games. Traveling is always fun and an adventure, it also means memorable family time.
