(NASDAQ: PENN) as local Missouri counsel in the spin-off of its real-estate holdings into a new Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) called Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. (NASDAQ: GLPI). The spin-off closed on November 1, 2013.
